
The HRIS is an extensive employee database system, developed using a 3-tier .NET 2.0 framework, with features of an electronic leave system, a workflow-driven document
circulation system, tabular and graphical reporting, a multi-user system, and role-based access. The Timekeeping module may optionally use biometrics
(fingerprint), bar-code/swipe, or even manual input configuration. Employees may view their current time-keeping logs, leave balances and overtime tracking.
This system is configured to be used in a multi-user environment of 200-300 concurrent users connected to a central server running on an RDBMS to provide
accurate, timely and relevant information to its users.
